Right at the beginning of the seven-minute clip, it becomes clear that Fabio only seems to be half a man without his bike: without any drive, he roams around his flat share and tries to distract himself with various tasks. But things only really get better when he gets on his trial bike and snaps out of his lockdown lethargy with a big jump from the roof of his house. From now on, the 24-year-old is back in his element and gives free rein to his ingenuity as he jumps and balances over the self-built obstacles. As a good flatmate, he helps with the laundry or keeps us company at lunch and yoga class. In his best Dude Perfect style, Fabio takes out the rubbish and shows off some fine trick shots with basketball and darts. He proves how much finesse he has by riding over the seesaw or balancing on a second trial bike. Bag jump, trampoline and pool also have their place in Fabio's "home office". The crowning glory is the never-before-seen "Pit Stoppie" - a front manual in which Fabio lets the unfixed rear wheel bounce off a wall and then picks it up again.
The creative action clip was produced last month in Fabio's house in Innsbruck. The realisation was anything but easy. "We knew that we wouldn't be able to leave the house for an indefinite period of time, but we still wanted to produce something that would at least take people's minds off things for a short while and give them a bit of fun," says the 24-year-old Austrian, explaining his motivation: "At the same time, of course, we didn't want to try anything too risky or dangerous - we wanted to avoid injury at all costs under these circumstances. That's why the creative elements were clearly in the foreground. As we only had a house and garden as a film location, we had to plan quite a lot and also try out what could ultimately be realised. Some scenes took us over 600 attempts. The people from Dude Perfect would be proud of us!"
