Anyone who has always wanted a unique E-gravel bike with flat handlebars now has an extremely attractive option with the Mondraker Dusty X Unlimited Gulf Edition. Contrary to what the addition in the model name suggests, the special version of the Mondraker Dusty X is limited to just 50 units. Each individual wheel is painted by hand and is based on the colour scheme of the racing suits of motorsport legends from the Gulf Racing Team.
With aerodynamic fibreglass constructions and leading technology, the Gulf racing cars enchanted fans all over the world in the 70s. With the Dusty X Unlimited Gulf Edition, Mondraker wants to build on this myth and bring back the epic feeling of those days to a small, select group of customers. As you would expect with such an exclusive product, the price is a hefty 7999 euros.

A unique e-gravel bike
The Mondraker Dusty X Unlimited Gulf Edition in a special paint finish is a real eye-catcher. The designers want to evoke great emotions in the viewer, such as the excitement of a race and the experience of risk.
Similar to the racing suits of the Gulf team, the hand-applied paintwork is reminiscent of the traces of countless races. Sweat, brake dust and oil have left their mark on the racing gear, which can also be found in the finish of the Mondraker Dusty X Unlimited Gulf Edition. The E-gravel bike is available in four sizes from S to XL.
To give customers of the limited edition Mondraker Dusty X the history and feeling of racing, the E-gravel bike comes with a book on the history of motorsport, which also explains the passion and heritage of the Gulf team in detail. Naturally, the bike also bears the colours of the Gulf riders in its racing stripes. After the Neat E-Fully the Dusty is already the second Mondraker model in the Gulf look.
Noble speedster on a high-quality basis
At the beginning of 2023, Mondraker presented the Dusty e-gravel bike and in spring 2024 the models Dusty R with suspension fork and Dusty X with flat bar after. With the special edition Dusty X Unlimited Gulf Edition, Mondraker is celebrating the sporty gravel bike version with straight handlebars for enthusiasts and style-conscious commuters. The latter will be pleased to know that the bike comes with matching aluminium mudguards, which are also painted by hand in the Gulf look.
There is also an LED light from Supernova integrated into the seat post and a waterproof front light with an aluminium housing and 150 lux. Both draw their power from the main battery. On 40 millimetre wide semi-slick tyres from Maxxis, the limited edition Dusty should pull forwards as quickly as a racing car.
The Force AXS drivetrain comes from Sram. Mondraker manufactures the chassis from the tried and tested Stealth Air carbon fibres. The cranks, the Mavic wheels and the flatbar are also made of lightweight carbon fibre. The latter comes from the in-house component brand On-Off.
However, the Spanish brand has not communicated a weight for its prestige project. Naturally, the E-gravel bike from Mondraker has internally routed cables and two bottle cage mounts in the frame triangle. The Dusty X Unlimted Gulf Edition also has luggage mounts on the carbon fork and on the top tube.
