Rose Bikes presents the new HOBO. The urban gravel bike with flat bar is available in three equipment variants from 1599 euros, in four sizes and three colours.
The highlight of the market launch is a model limited to 500 units. The Rose Hobo in the Limited Edition is equipped with the SRAM Rival eTap AXS XPLR electronic 12-speed shifting group; the frame colour is called "speckled white" - marbled. The special edition is available for 2999 euros >> available here.
The frame of the Rose HOBO is made of CRM0 steel, which makes it extremely durable and stands for a traditional, honest riding experience. In addition to its robustness, the HOBO exudes real retro vibes with its classic design and stands out from the crowd of aluminium and carbon bikes. What's more, steel is easily recyclable.
The HOBO knows no limits. It is simple, robust, timeless and versatile. If you are looking for a bike that cuts a fine figure between the concrete jungle and the wilderness, you have arrived. - Anatol Sostmann, Director Product & Brand
The straight handlebar with a width of 780 mm enables intuitive handling in all riding situations and on any surface. The modern carbon fork and the 44 mm wide gravel tyres are designed to provide more riding comfort. The geometry of the HOBO remains sporty even with straight handlebars.
The Rose Hobo can be equipped with a wide range of specially developed modular accessories according to individual preferences - suitable for everyday use and also for bikepacking adventures.
The head tube of the Rose HOBO has mounting points for a front carrier - the HOBO RACK fits perfectly. This matching front carrier is available in three colours: "serious black" (black), "canary" (yellow) and "bubble gum" (pink) - each for 149.95 Euro available. The HOBO RACK offers plenty of space, but can also be used as a small rack in just a few simple steps.
The large aluminium rack is designed for a maximum of 5 kilos. Its dimensions are precisely matched to those of the specially designed HOBO RACK BAG, available for 99.95 euros. With this bike bag, which can also be worn as a rucksack, cyclists can expand the storage space on their bike and have quick access.
And what if it rains? For everyday use, ROSE supplies customised mudguards from SKS for its new steel frame bike (set price 39.95 euros). There is also a light system from Knog with a suitable bracket for the HOBO RACK (99.95 euros).
