Conway had a new e-gravel bike in its luggage at the Eurobike bike show. We reported on the bike show in our live blog. What can the Nyvon do and what characterises the new E-gravel bike?
Conway Nyvon E-gravel bike: One for everything?
The new Conway Nyvon e-gravel bike is made for long tours away from traffic as well as for the commute to the office. Even more distant destinations can be reached with the Nyvon without much effort - thanks to a 600W Bosch motor. The lightweight carbon frame with its long-distance geometry ensures a comfortable ride. The fork is designed to better absorb high-frequency shocks.
The frame has been newly developed - including a hidden seatpost clamp and integrated stem. All models are factory-equipped with a front light and ready for a Bosch Range Extender. With the Conway Nyvon, emphasis was also placed on tyre clearance. For additional storage space, the E-gravel bike offers five mounting points for water bottles, bags or other transport solutions. The battery can be removed and unlocked with a key, which is an advantage on the way to work, for example, as it can also be charged in the office.
Conway Nyvon Adventure: For athletes and adventurers
The sporty Conway Nyvon models are designed for adventurers. They represent a modern link between gravel bikes and e-bikes and combine the advantages of both categories: the smooth running and pleasant handling of a gravel bike and the support of an e-bike motor. The 55 Nm Bosch Perfomrance Line SX motor provides the necessary support on climbs. For particularly long tours, the battery capacity of 400 Wh can be increased to 650 Wh with a range extender.
The Nyvon has many mounting options for bottle cages and bikepacking bags so that your equipment can be stowed away easily. The Supernova front light with 100 lux provides sufficient illumination for early morning or twilight rides. Together with the wide tyres, handlebar widths adapted to different frame sizes and a comfortable saddle, the E-gravel bike is designed to make even longer tours pleasant, according to Conway.
Conway Nyvon Commute: For commuters and city bikers
The new Conway Nyvon will also be available as a city version. The Nyvon Commute is made for getting to the office and back again without breaking a sweat. It is equipped with a rear light and mudguards for safety in city traffic.
The battery can also be removed thanks to the integrated lock. The lettering on the fork has a special reflective sticker to ensure additional visibility in the dark. The City version is available in both a flatbar model, i.e. with straight handlebars, and a model with gravel handlebars.
