The Gran Tourer models for the 2021 season will be available from specialist dealers with completely revised frame geometries, with the rider now sitting much more upright. This increases riding comfort, especially on longer tours. Husqvarna is responding to the unbroken demand for gravel bikes with two models; we present the Gran Gravel 6 here. And for fans of classic step-through bikes with or without coaster brakes, there's the Eco City 2 CB.
Each Gran Tourer model is available as a women's or men's pedelec and with a wave frame. The new, powerful Shimano EP8 motor is located in the frame node for maximum motor power, while a 630 Wh battery provides sufficient range. Practical: The MIK-Click system allows bags or baskets to be securely and easily attached to the pannier rack.
The Gran Gravel 6.0 comes with a carbon fork and Shimano Steps E7000 mid-motor. The lightweight DT G1800 Spline wheels and the light frame help the sports bike to achieve lively riding characteristics. The GRX 810 Di2 rear derailleur changes gears electromechanically.
The Eco City bikes provide an affordable introduction to the Husqvarna pedelec world. With the Eco City 2 you can choose between freewheel and coaster brake. The low step-through makes the pedelecs ideal unisex family bikes. Because the battery is not integrated into the frame tube, it is easier to remove for charging and storage at home - a big advantage for city bikes.
