The Gotham is both a fitness bike and a maximally reduced urban racer. Fixed mudguards, pannier rack, kickstand and lighting system are nowhere to be found on this e-bike. They cannot be properly attached to the otherwise elaborately manufactured carbon frame either, as there are no corresponding mounting points or screw sockets.
Look riders sit in a sporty position, but not uncomfortably, the bike even rides acceptably comfortably. In addition to the wide seat post, this is possibly due to the rear stays, whose flexibility is intended to dampen impacts. Gotham riders need a lot of leg power for dynamic acceleration; the Fazua motor is discreetly restrained. However, the drive unit and battery can be removed without tools.
If the motor and battery are removed, the lightest bike in the test field is a good four kilos lighter.
