City bikes: Lightweights for the city
Lightweights for the city
With the Urban Line, Riese & Müller is launching a new, independent product line for the daily demands of urban areas.

The development goal of the Urban Line model series was to create lightweight, agile and fully connected pedelecs. The bikes were also intended to provide a light, intuitive and bike-like riding experience. The first bikes in the Urban Line are the UBN Five with a classic pentagonal frame and the UBN Seven with a lowered top tube. With a starting weight of 18 kg, the pedelecs are lightweights among the fully equipped premium e-bikes.

High-quality equipment

For the first time, Riese & Müller is working together with another drive manufacturer and equipping the Urban Line with the brand new, compact, quiet and powerful RIDE 60 system from FAZUA out. With 60 Nm of torque and 430 Wh of battery power, the RIDE 60 drive system offers the right support for a dynamic riding experience in the city. The motor and battery are housed almost imperceptibly in the frame. The battery can be easily removed for charging or charged directly in the bike using the charging socket. The appropriate riding mode is selected via Ring Control. The LED hub in the top tube displays the selected support level and the battery charge level using coloured LEDs.
