"Mum, I want that one!" Cube presents new racers that make kids' hearts beat faster. The Numove children's bike series ranges from 12 inches to 24 inches and also includes street versions with the nickname "Street" and a low step-through model. According to Cube, the new children's bikes are characterised by low weight and lots of riding fun as well as child-friendly geometry. And admittedly, they certainly look sleek!

Cube Numove: Riding fun from (very) small to large?

A lightweight bike is easier to control and therefore more fun to ride. Thin, stable aluminium tubes should contribute to this, among other things. Cube promises that the lightweight tyres have low rolling resistance and still offer plenty of grip. And: Better control also means more self-confidence. This is ensured by the child-sized grips.

There is also an adjustable handlebar with a narrow diameter and brake levers specially shaped for children's hands. The models with wheels up to 18 inches have a closed chain case for more safety when riding. The new Cube Numove series comprises a total of ten models from 12 to 24 inches and thus covers heights from 92 to 136 cm. So there is the right bike for everyone and the foundation for a MTB future has been laid!

How do you like this article?

The smallest version of the new Numove series from Cube is the Numove 120 with 12-inch wheels - almost a miniature version of the adult bikes. The Numove 120 is suitable for riders between 92 and 104 cm tall. After all, the first attempts at riding are the most important!

The 12-inch wheels are brought to a standstill by a coaster brake and a rim brake at the front - with brake levers suitable for small hands. A low step-through enables confident handling. And the integrated chain guard prevents kids from getting their (trouser) legs caught in the chain.

Cube children's bikes in all sizes

For the slightly older children there is the Cube Numove 140. With its 14-inch wheels and suitable for kids between 97 and 107 cm, the Numove 140 has front and rear rim brakes. High-quality components, such as the German-made bottom bracket fitted as standard, are designed to ensure a long service life for these children's bikes.

For heights between 102 and 111 cm, the Numove 160 suitable. It comes with 16-inch wheels, V-brakes front and rear, a lightweight frame and wheels as well as handlebars, grips and brake levers that are specially designed for small hands.

The Numove 180 rolls on 18-inch wheels and is ideal for children between 107 and 118 cm. Schwalbe tyres, a closed chain case and powerful V-brakes front and rear complete the setup.

The big sibling: Cube Numove 200 and 240

Cube has the Numove 200 and Numove 240 on offer for the bigger riders. The 200 version already comes with 8-speed Shimano gears, 20-inch wheels and V-brakes front and rear.

The stem is adjustable so that the child - even if it has grown - always sits exactly right on the bike. The Numove 240 with 24-inch wheels and a low weight of just 8.2 kilograms is aimed at budding bikers between 118 and 136 cm tall. Also on board: the 8-speed gears from Shimano and the adjustable stem.

Likewise the two Models Ella 200 and Ella 240, which complete the new children's bike series from Cube. The low step-through frame can do more than just look good: the complete accessory set, consisting of pannier rack, mudguards, lights and side stand, also enhances this model and makes it safe for road traffic. Added to this is the 8-speed gear system from Shimano, thanks to which the youngsters can easily keep up with the family outing at the weekend. Rim brakes with levers specially designed for children's hands and a thinner handlebar are intended to provide a safe riding experience.
