Recall Riese & Müller Packster 70

Riese & Müller is recalling the Packster 70 cargo bike model with immediate effect. Affected are all models that since the start of delivery and up to and including 06 October 2021 have been delivered.
At the same time, Riese & Müller is stopping the production and delivery of the Packster 70. To protect customers, the Packster 70 may no longer be used with immediate effect.

The background to the recall is a Technical problem with the cable steering functionwhich can severely impair the handling of the Packster 70. The Packster 60 and Packster 80 models are not affected by the recall.

All customers who have purchased a corresponding vehicle will be informed directly by Riese & Müller about the recall and will shortly receive a comprehensive information package on the reversal and the further procedure with their Packster 70. r-m.de or send an e-mail to recall@r-m.de stating the frame number, address and telephone number.
