No technical fireworks, but favourable price
Nobody currently offers more tyres for the money than Zweirad-Stadler. The Pure model from our own Dynamics brand costs just 1199 euros, making it easier to get into fat biking without a suspension fork.

We were curious to see how the affordable and only bike without a suspension fork would fare in comparison. Thanks to the mega-wide 4.7-inch tyres and the widest rim, the air pressure on the Pure can be reduced even further. This compensates somewhat for the lack of suspension fork. However, on fast, rough trails, the undamped front end tends to bob more. The ride feel of the smooth-running bike, which ranks fourth in terms of weight, was convincing. The geometry and steering behaviour are balanced, the slightly longer riding position of the 50 cm frame size fits very well. The double crankset and the fitted Shimano components also offer a very good price/performance ratio.

ConclusionThe Dynamics Pure offers an affordable introduction to fat biking. The balanced handling is impressive.

PLUS Balanced geometry, favourable, neutral steering behaviour
MINUS No suspension fork, no thru axles, high wheel weight

Dynamics: Rigid fork and quick release are compromises due to the slim price. On the other hand, the tyres are the largest at 4.7 inches.Photo: Georg GrieshaberDynamics: Rigid fork and quick release are compromises due to the slim price. On the other hand, the tyres are the largest at 4.7 inches.
