The Frankfurt Book Fair is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year and has come up with some highlights for this special occasion. For the first time in the history of the fair, the youth word of the year will be announced live and in front of an audience. Under the crinchy motto "Be fly, then come by!", the trade fair invites you to be part of this exciting moment on Sunday. Saturday is also a public day on which everyone can visit the fair. From Wednesday to Friday, the book fair is only open to trade visitors.
Another highlight is the new international Comics Centre. A total of 14 publishers will exhibit here and offer visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the diverse world of comics. Slovenia, this year's Guest of Honour, will be presenting the Slovenian literary and cultural landscape at the book fair under the motto "Honeycombs of Words".
And that almost brings us to the topic: Slovenia has wonderful cycle tours to offer.
