Manufacturers are finally offering solutions for the balancing act between a pannier and its use afterwards. The new panniers are like chameleons in the urban tarmac jungle.

During the ride, they offer well thought-out transport solutions and afterwards, they are modern accessories that barely show their two-wheeled origins. In the test: 12 all-rounders for the office and city.

Never before has the bicycle as a transport solution been so harmoniously integrated into our everyday lives. Whereas in the past we had to make compromises when it came to the look of the bike bag or transporting the bike, thanks to the variety of the new quick-change artists, we were always properly equipped.

Fitting the pannier rack bags worked without any problems. The mounts on all models fitted the standard pannier rack on our test bike. The distance between the fastening hooks could often be adjusted without tools, sometimes a screwdriver was required. The mounts of the three handlebar bags in our "City" test field were also easy to fit. Nevertheless, to avoid disappointment later on, it is worth bringing the bike with you when you buy it.
