Around the world by bike
Within 365 days, the young filmmaker Felix Starck cycles 18,000 kilometres through 22 countries and four continents. There is now a trailer for the 70-minute film documentary with excerpts from the adventure.

Everything was actually perfect. But something was missing from Felix Starck's everyday life. So in June 2013, the then 23-year-old set off on an adventure of unimagined proportions. 18,000 kilometres, 22 countries and 365 days on his bike lay ahead of him.

Untrained, with 55 kg of luggage and his camera equipment, he sets off into the unknown, without much planning and with only the journey as his goal. He chose the bicycle as a means of transport to experience the world more intensively. Now he is back - with the visually powerful and emotional documentation of his gripping journey in his luggage.

With unsparing self-shots and breathtaking backdrops, he lets us share in his personal adventure.

From October, the documentary will be available on DVD and as a download at www.pedal-the-world.com available.
