Old company, new owner, new bike: a completely new Votec has been developed under the umbrella of Internetstores GmbH. All all-mountain aspects were taken into account during the development phase of the VM 150, and the result is correspondingly complete and well thought-out. The frame has clever details (cable routing), harmonised kinematics and a very good characteristic curve. However, the suspension is by far the heaviest in the test group. "Feel-good geometry" was the testers' verdict on the riding position and handling. In fact, you have everything under control. Uphill, the VM 150 is one of the sportiest in this test group, downhill it remains stable even at high speeds. However, it is not incredibly playful, but it is more confident than others. The fork and rear suspension harmonise very well, the chassis sits firmly on the ground. The reward: victory in the practical evaluation. As with Radon, Rose or Canyon, you have to be aware of the advantages and disadvantages of mail order.
