The new Meta Power SX has a 29-inch front and 27.5-inch rear wheel. But Commençal didn't just put a small rear wheel in the frame.

Until now, e-bikers were spoilt for choice with the Meta Power. 27.5 or 29 inches? For the 2022 model year, the two versions will merge into one bike. The new Meta Power SX has a 29-inch front and 27.5-inch rear. But Commençal didn't just put a small rear wheel in the frame. The kinematics and geometry have been adapted and optimised for the new wheel sizes. Pleasingly, the manufacturer from Andorra has broken with the trend towards longer, flatter and more extreme wheels. The new Meta Power SX even has a slightly steeper (!) steering angle. But don't worry. At 64 degrees, it still lands in the flat range. And freeride fans can flatten the geometry with a flip chip. The update is intended to make the bike more balanced and versatile. The first bikes should be available from mid-2022.
