"Oh, the handlebars are narrow," were the first words of one tester, without even having ridden a metre on them. In fact, the Trek has the narrowest handlebars in the field (620 mm).

This was also reflected in the downhill qualities: "It doesn't hold the line" means something like: The Lush is nervous downhill. The tyres do the rest: little grip in the damp terrain of the test lap. So: swap both and you get a great, sporty touring bike. Positive: the low standover height of the frame, very comfortable suspension (DRCV). However, a better crank should be possible at this price.

PLUS Good equipment, successful geometry, good chassis
MINUS Little tyre grip, cheap crank, narrow handlebars
