Rocky Mountain Altitude
All-mountain bike in racing action: BIKE rolled the "Altitude" to the starting line at the Canadian Cheakamus Challenge. There, the new star in the Rocky Mountain ensemble felt right at home.
CONCLUSIONS: The "Altitude 90 RSL" presents itself as a sporty all-mountain bike with suspension travel reserves. For a hefty 6,290 euros, you not only get the most expensive Rocky in the product range, but also a beautifully designed monocoque frame with unique details. The suspension works harmoniously and offers sufficient progression against bottoming out even with a soft setup. The low steering head stiffness is to be raised to the level of the aluminium bike in series production.
