The latest addition to the Propain Hugene for the coming season is the colour: Frosted Mint.
With the Hugene 2 CF "Frosted Mint" special edition, Propain is presenting a build kit at a special price for the first time. In addition to the new colour, which is also available in the configurator for all other variants of the all-mountain bike, there are also new components for 2024.

The Propain Hugene is a versatile bike that is suitable for touring, trails and all-mountain adventures. The predecessor and the previous model had already proven this and convinced our testers. With a rear travel of 140 mm and a choice of 140 or 150 mm at the front, the geometry changes slightly for the 150 mm model of the Hugene. The reach shrinks by 4 mm, the stack grows by the same amount and the seat and head angle become 0.4 degrees slacker. Compared to the 2021 Propain Hugene, the frame geometry with the 140 mm fork has not changed.

In terms of equipment, the Ravensburg-based company has given the Hugene the silver Rockshox Pike Ultimate suspension fork and the Super Deluxe Ultimate rear shock in the exclusive "Frosted Mint" special edition. This means that the all-mountain bike retains its first-class suspension performance. The lightweight Sram G2 Ultimate brakes in silver provide the deceleration.

The Sram XX Transmission groupset is now also used on the PropainThe electronic Rockshox Reverb AXS seatpost rounds off the package. Here you can choose between 125, 150 and 175 mm travel in the familiar configurator on the website. You can also choose the saddle.

The combination of the ultra-light Newmen Advanced SL A.30 wheels and the Schwalbe Nobby Nic tyres with SuperTrail casing makes the Propain Hugene 2 CF Limited fixed. It is clear that the manufacturer from the small town of Vogt also wants to maintain the climbing performance of the 13.2-kilo Hugene - and at the same time fuel the fun on descents.
