Norco brings All Mountain in two wheel sizes
A modern all-mountain with an extra dose of playfulness: that's what Norco promises with the new Sight Carbon. To cater for all tastes, the bike comes in both 27.5 and 29 inch versions.

Biking in Canada means enjoying trails, shooting round winding corners and conquering drops and jumps. This is reflected in the Bikes from Norco again. It is therefore not surprising that the new carbon All Mountain Sight is rather progressive for an MTB in this class. When it comes to wheel size, the Canadians leave the choice up to mountain bikers. The Sight is available in a 29er version with 140 millimetres of travel at the front and 130 millimetres at the rear, as well as a 27.5-inch version with 150/140 millimetres of travel.

Good news for smaller riders: the 27.5 Sight will also be available in sizes XS and S, with short seat tubes of 38 and 40.5 centimetres and a reach of 382 and 404 millimetres respectively. The 29er fun only starts from size M. Both versions are available up to size XL (51 cm seat tube, reach 472 or 480 millimetres).

Norco offers three carbon models of the Sight between 3599 and 6499 euros, all of which will be available in both wheel sizes. The new frame is based on the Boost standard, internally routed cables and solid down tube protection. The suspension elements are from Rock Shox, the shocks come in the new Metric standard. Norco has not yet provided any information on the weights, but we will soon be putting the newcomer through its paces in the BIKE lab. More on this soon in BIKE.

Florentin Vesenbeckh has been on a mountain bike since he was ten years old. Even on his very first tour, he focussed on single trails - and even after more than 30 years in the saddle of an MTB, these are still the quintessence of biking for him. He spent his youth competing in various bike disciplines and later his cycling career was characterised by years as a riding technique coach. Professionally, the experienced test editor now focusses on e-mountainbikes. In recent years, the qualified sports scientist and trained journalist has tested over 300 bikes and more than 40 different motor systems in the laboratory and in practice.
