Merida One Twenty XT-Edition
With the Merida One Twenty you get a great overall package. A tough nut to crack in terms of equipment, even for consignors.

You can't go wrong with the second most expensive aluminium version of the One Twenty: a 2637 gram frame with full Fox suspension, sophisticated kinematics and a reliable Deore/XT mix are worth every euro you leave at the dealer. The shock responds to even the smallest bumps, so the platform is good on the climbs. The rather upright position with the wide 690 riser bar invited us to really let it rip on the technical downhill sections of our test ride. When things get tight, a pull on the snappy Deore stoppers is all it takes. Adjustment tip: With 85 PSI in the fork and 120 PSI in the shock, our 72-kilo test rider used the entire stroke. Useful details: continuous cables and fine seatpost markings.

Conclusiongreat overall package. A tough nut to crack in terms of equipment, even for mail order companies.

Similar to the Canyon, the Fox suspension on the Merida One Twenty does a great job. The rear suspension responds extremely sensitively to bumps, and on the climbs you'd rather switch to the platform. The fork and shock travel are fully usable. The RP2 quickly releases a lot of travel, especially at the rear, as the flat characteristic curve shows.Photo: BIKE Magazin Similar to the Canyon, the Fox suspension on the Merida One Twenty does a great job.
