The small German forge Mi-Tech from Schalksmühle fulfils almost every customer request. In Willingen, the company will be showcasing various exciting customised solutions, the latest of which are bikes with the Pinion gearbox and Gates belt drive. Here, for example, boss Jürgen Militzer holds the brand new 29er Fully Epsilon with Pinion in the picture. It has a drive swingarm for suspension (120 mm travel), which is currently the only way to integrate the belt drive. Frames with transmission cost from 2990 euros. Mi-Tech stands for Made in Germany, only the carbon frames come from Italy. A 27.5-inch fully made of carbon is also being planned.
