Significantly more modern geometry with short stays and longer front triangle (reach), new Yamaha PW-X motor with Bluetooth connection and display integrated in the stem, new fork and Plus tyres. The Schweinfurt-based company has made significant progress in terms of geometry. You sit more sportily and feel integrated into the bike. The motor is powerful, easy to operate and the integrated display is pleasing. The fork has to take a lot of criticism: Magura's Boltron single-bridge upside-down fork flexes much more than the competition from Fox and Rockshox - this significantly impairs the riding characteristics, especially the steering precision.
CONCLUSION The S-Duro has very good suspension, but loses points mainly due to the soft fork.
