With its low weight, the non-retractable Fox fork (120 millimetres of travel) and the rather sporty geometry, the Ghost "AMR 7500" is a border crosser between the all-mountain and marathon leagues. "All Mountain Sport" - that's what we call this sub-category. It goes without saying that this bike has to give up some ground on the descents due to the somewhat limited suspension travel and the fact that the fork cannot be lowered. On the other hand, it climbs more nimbly than some of its competitors, and the "AMR" feels very direct and secure on singletrack. The equipment is of the finest quality and optimally matched to the frame and area of use.
CONCLUSIONThe "AMR" is not only a good all-rounder. We also recommend it for marathon use.
TUNING TIPNo tuning necessary.
