The Stumpjumper Pro is not only in a league of its own in terms of price, but also impresses with the best riding characteristics and a wide range of applications.

As the Stumpjumper Comp was not available for € 5000, we quickly included the much more expensive Pro model in this test as a reference. Shortly before the editorial deadline, the price was raised again from € 9000 to € 9400. This means that the expensive Stumpi costs around twice as much as the regular test model, which is of course reflected in the equipment and overall weight. Regardless of this, the Stumpi has a brutally light frame. In size M (S3), it weighs just 2096 grams including the integrated storage compartment without the shock and clearly takes first place in the STW ranking. The lightweight fully also leads in terms of overall weight, albeit only by a manageable margin compared to the Bulls.

CONCLUSION on the Specialized Stumpjumper Pro:

The Stumpjumper Pro is not only in a league of its own in terms of price, but also impresses with its impeccable function, excellent riding characteristics and a really wide range of applications.
