The short seat tube requires a long saddle extension - due to the relatively slack seat angle and the high front end, you sit a bit chopper-like on the Sting on the climbs and pedal lightly from behind. The Sting also requires a self-confident rider on the downhills, who takes a central position over the bike despite the short reach. But at some point you get the hang of it: the Sting wants to be ridden aggressively. If you put your weight firmly on the fork and thus pressure on the front wheel, the bike turns safely in the tightest corners and makes full use of its generous suspension travel. Very good: XT with two chainrings!
Conclusion: sporty all-mountain bike for women who want to aggressively tackle rough trails.
AlternativeThe Cube Stereo is exactly the same as the Sting, but is available in different colours. From size 16".
