Even the first glance makes it unmistakably clear: Orbea has reached deep into the box of high-end components for the M-LTD version of the Occam. We have extensively tested the touring fully.

In addition to a carbon wheelset from DT Swiss and XTR components, the Basques have given the Occam M-LTD fine carbon components from Race Face. Perfectly colour-coordinated, the 2512 gram carbon frame attracts envious glances. Thanks to the asymmetrical design, the filigree frame triangle holds a large water bottle - not a matter of course for bikes in this category. However, anyone who reduces Orbea's luxury all-mountain to its exterior alone is underestimating the Occam tremendous.

The test costs 0.99 euros. Why not free of charge? Because quality journalism has a price. In return, we guarantee independence and objectivity. This applies in particular to the tests in BIKE. We don't pay for them, but the opposite is the case: we charge for them, hundreds of thousands of euros every year.
