All-mountain fullys (high-end bikes)
Up and down - all-mountain bikes must not specialise. They are the epitome of the all-rounder. Eleven high-end full-sussers have to prove how well they master the balancing act.

More than 50,000 euros for eleven test bikes? Are they crazy? No, the BIKE editors know exactly how much the average biker is willing and able to spend on their hobby. After all, that's what we've been asking you for years in our reader survey. However, the high-tech bikes in the test represent the pinnacle of what is technically feasible. Regardless of the equipment (the manufacturers only use the best in this price range and score similarly), the performance of the frame and the overall concept of frame and suspension contribute more to the final score than in tests in the middle and lower price ranges. There, differences in the equipment have a much greater effect. The fascination emanating from high-end bikes is undisputed. The emotions are fuelled above all by the carbon representatives in this group: Specialized "Stumpjumper FSR", Scott "Genius" and the brand new Canyon "Spectral". The testers almost overlooked the Trek "Fuel EX". The Americans have an atypical focus on understatement, the "Fuel EX" hardly differs visually from its aluminium brothers despite the carbon technology.
