The latest addition from the Swiss brand Bold also conceals its shock inside the frame and therefore looks as if it has been cast from a single mould. Despite its discreet black colour, the new all-mountain bike sets visual accents with its voluminous carbon tubes, which continues through to the DT Swiss fork with hidden adjustment knobs. The Unplugged Volume 2 is based on the Unplugged long-travel enduro bike and still has plenty of suspension travel. 163 millimetres at the front and 157 millimetres at the rear, as well as wide 2.5 mm tyres, place the fully firmly in the enduro direction, which puts the weight of 13.72 kilos including pedals into perspective.
