In this test, the Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 shows once again that it is rightly one of the most popular E-Fullys. The bike's strength lies in its balance.

The relaxed riding position is noticeable when you get on the bike. The high front of the Cube Stereo Hybrid also makes comfort-orientated bikers happy on long tours. The suspension works comfortably and remains fully active even when pedalling. This means a lot of traction on difficult climbs. Here, the Cube Stereo climbs in an uncomplicated and balanced manner. Only on really nasty steep sections does the rider have to work actively to keep the front wheel on the ground. But in general, the front end has plenty of pressure and the front wheel follows steering movements directly. Only the low bottom bracket can cause the cranks to bottom out on steep climbs and disrupt the climbing flow.

On trails and descents, the Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 TM is one thing in particular: good-natured! The suspension defuses small and large bumps with ease and comfort. The geometry is a good mix of sporty and moderate, manoeuvrable and smooth. And on slippery terrain, the extremely grippy tyres really come into their own. Cube relies on the sticky MaxxGrip rubber from Maxxis on both the front and rear wheels. This is a clearly noticeable safety advantage on demanding trails. However, those who collect kilometres on paved roads will complain about the increased rolling resistance and wear of the tyres.
tyres, especially on the rear wheel. The equipment of the Cube Stereo is the best in the test field, even the direct mail order companies can't keep up. High-quality wheels, top brakes, good suspension: everything is just right.
