With the support of German service bike starts Rose Bikes its own leasing model - in short: Rose Dienstbike. This makes Rose the first direct-to-consumer bicycle retailer to take the step of offering its own Company bike leasing. Companies now have the opportunity to provide employees with Rose bikes as company bikes. Employees can choose a bike from Rose and the process is handled by the provider Deutsche Dienstrad, which has its roots in the Schweinfurt-based Pexco Group. Thanks to state subsidies, leasing is cost-neutral for employers. Employees are expected to save up to 40 per cent by leasing compared to a direct purchase. With the help of the new company bike leasing programme, Rose wants to promote the mobility transition and encourages people to cycle to work instead of driving.
The overarching goal behind this is to get people cycling. "Bringing Deutsche Dienstrad and Rose together was not only logical, but actually inevitable. We pursue the same goal, are committed to sustainable local mobility and love innovation. We want to make the journey to work, the weekend tour or the sporty after-work session as uncomplicated and enjoyable as possible for our customers," says Tim Böker, Retail Director at Rose Bikes.
