After eleven years in England, Europe's largest custom bike trade fair is making a stop in Germany. Anyone who wants to treat themselves to a real exotic shower in the mass of off-the-shelf products should definitely stop by the airport in Dresden from 13 to 15 October.

It is the supreme discipline in bicycle construction. Where passion and creativity come together, unique works of art are created on two wheels. Bespoked, which is now taking place in Germany for the first time, celebrates the art of frame building - and of course the frame builders themselves. The exhibitors show creative designs and innovative construction approaches.

Many German forges at the start

In addition to Sram, two well-known German manufacturers, Schwalbe and SQlab, are represented as main sponsors. The ergonomics experts from SQlab are presenting an extra award for the second time in a row, which is also endowed with prize money. Interested frame builders will receive components that they can incorporate into their creations.

SQlab is the main sponsor of Bespoked

Tobias Hild, founder of SQlab, emphasises: "Bespoked and SQlab are a perfect match, because each of these bikes is tailor-made for the customer. We at SQlab have the same aspiration: optimum ergonomics through a perfect fit, achieved through many different sizes & models, for maximum cycling fun."

Petor Georgallou, Director of Bespoked, also emphasises: "We are super grateful to be able to continue the SQlab cooperation after a successful start last year, with the second edition of the "Bespoked SQ Build Off". As organisers, we invite all frame builders to use SQlab parts for their project bikes for free, and then also have the chance to win the said award & €1,000 in cash. It's great to see how the components are incorporated into the overall works of art. The feedback from the framebuilders last year was already excellent."
