After months of uncertainty, one thing is certain: the mountain bike brand YT Industries is continuing on its path. As the newly founded Young Talent Industries GmbH. Founder Markus Flossmann has bought back the company and is relaunching it with a streamlined structure.

The new company wants to focus on uncompromising bikes at fair prices. Core members of the existing team will help shape the new start and secure the brand's expertise. The official launch of the newly founded Young Talent Industries GmbH took place at the company's headquarters in Hausen, Germany.

"Back to the roots is not a marketing slogan, but a promise," explains Flossmann in a press release. The company should once again focus on uncompromising bikes, fair prices and a genuine passion for the sport. The brand should remain raw, real and authentic. And while YT still had a number of A-list professionals under contract, such as Vali Höll and Andi Kolb, the professional teams were dissolved as part of the insolvency. Most YT athletes already have new sponsors.

Customer service has top priority

The processing of outstanding orders from the insolvent predecessor company forms a central component of the restart. Almost all outstanding orders have been fulfilled or reimbursed. Only a few cases are still being processed. A special support service at stormsurvivor@yt-industries.com should handle overlooked requests with the highest priority.

"Every customer who has trusted YT gets what they have paid for," emphasises the founder. All enquiries are processed quickly and reliably, even if there may be occasional delays in the start-up phase.

Service network replaces mill concept

YT is moving away from the previous mill concept and establishing a comprehensive global service network. Local service partners are improving accessibility and service quality, particularly in key markets such as North America and the UK. A special strategy for these regions is currently being developed, according to the press release.

Until the new network is fully established, customers can reach the global service centre at service@yt-industries.com. All matters relating to service and warranty are handled there. US customers and owners of older models will continue to receive full support for their trail activities.

Complete range available again

Following supply bottlenecks, almost the entire YT range is available again. Bikes will gradually appear online for EU and UK customers in the coming weeks. US availability will follow at a later date.

All orders are processed exclusively via the new Young Talent Industries GmbH with secure systems and verified payment processes. A fully functional logistics and dispatch network ensures reliable processing.

Customers can rest assured that every order will be processed and delivered as usual. The coming months will focus on stabilising operations, product development and building trust in the community.
